This role is ideal for an experienced concrete professional ready to step into a leadership position, overseeing crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship on premium residential projects.

Company: Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting (on behalf of a client) Location: 90 De Baets St Winnipeg MB Canada Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Pay Rate - 32$ an hour Schedule Time - Monday- Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of concrete workers on residential job sites Coordinate daily tasks including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to high-quality standards Set grades, elevations, and ensure proper layout and alignment Train, mentor,
