Adecco is currently hiring a Track Supervisor for a full-time opportunity with a leading rail infrastructure organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced rail operations professional who enjoys field leadership, hands-on track maintenance oversight, and ensuring safe and productive railway infrastructure performance across a designated territory.

In this position, you will manage track inspection and repair operations, supervise field crews, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support the delivery of engineering work within a high-responsibility rail environment.

Responsibilities Manage engineering operations as outlined in our clients'' operating plan Supervise a team of Assistant Track Supervisors responsible for rail inspection Supervise and manage activities of track gangs, track inspectors, and hyrail operations Enforce compliance with safe work procedures, Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) guidelines, policies and regulations Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance monitoring Apply collective agreement and company policies,
