You will be responsible for ensuring the team's adherence to safety regulations while maximizing production output and efficiency. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering a safe working setting and addressing operational challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mining team in achieving safety and quality goals
- Monitor and report on production variances
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions
- Manage shift logs for accurate operation reporting
- Supervise equipment and personnel performance Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 5 years of relevant mining experience required
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Strong computer skills in MS Office required
