Key Responsibilities:

- We are looking for individuals who are willing learn a new trade and will support our Window Installers, Box Liner department and Tint Specialists
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass and accessories.
- Perform basic automotive tasks such as glass preparation, cleaning, and inspection.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment,



adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure productive workflow.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques as part of your ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For:

- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in automotive or technical roles is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate!
