Position Overvie

wWe are seeking a skilledUNIX System Administrator (Level 2

) to join a dynamic Infrastructure Operations team responsible for supporting and managing enterprise-scale Linux and UNIX environments. This role focuses on maintaining operational stability, troubleshooting production issues, supporting infrastructure services, and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy and certify new technologies

.The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

.Key Responsibilitie

- sDiagnose and resolve production-impacting incidents across compute, storage, and infrastructure platforms
- .Collaborate with infrastructure teams including Networking, Database Administration, Storage, and Application Support to identify root causes and restore services
- .Perform proactive health checks, system maintenance, and compliance-related activities to ensure operational stability and reduce risk
- .Support and maintain Linux/UNIX servers and associated infrastructure services
- .Participate in testing, validation, and certification of new hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions
- .Assist with onboarding of new server infrastructure and large-scale technology initiatives
- .Monitor system performance and availability, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
- .Participate in an on-call support rotation and serve as an escalation point for critical production incidents
- .Document procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational best practices
- .Work closely with global teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure services

.Required Skills & Qualification

- s2–5 years of experience in Linux/UNIX System Administration or Infrastructure Operations
