You'll manage your patient panel while contributing towards the evolution of Primary Care Networks in the community. This clinic serves a variety of patients, including a predominantly urban Indigenous population, and provides full-scope family practice services. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse clinical team
- Manage your own patient panel responsibly
- Provide trauma-informed and culturally safe care
- Participate in community PCN development
- Conduct in-person and virtual patient appointments Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid certification as a Family Physician
- Completed or willing to complete opioid agonist therapy training
- Ability to provide comprehensive patient care
- Commitment to community health and wellness
