Key Responsibilities:
• Manage departmental inboxes and phone inquiries
• Review and triage disability and health requests
• Create and maintain electronic case files
• Administer lower-complexity disability cases
• Support medical assessments and return-to-work programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Health Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in disability management or HR
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven organizational abilities in fast-paced settings
