Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and expand Sorenson's ASL sign dictionary
• Annotate ASL video using advanced gloss conventions
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams for training data
• Review text-to-sign avatar outputs for accuracy
• Lead weekly linguistic calibration sessions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in ASL Linguistics or related field
• 3 years of substantive ASL-related work experience
• Bilingual in ASL and English
• Deep knowledge of ASL linguistics
• Strong written communication skills
