Northern Health is seeking a Facilitator, Quality & Patient Safety to support and mentor clinical teams in delivering high-quality care. The role partners with supervisors, managers, directors, and HSAs to apply quality improvement frameworks, safety processes and improvement science to complex health system challenges.
Starting salary ranges from CAD 76,111 to CAD 95,138 and will reflect education, training and experience. Travel to sites across the region may be required as part of the role.
