You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and ensure we uphold Health & Safety, HACCP, and customer service standards.
The role requires a post-secondary Culinary Management program and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
