As a Project Delivery & QA Analyst, you will serve as a key technical and operational bridge, managing system configurations and leading quality assurance processes. This role is vital for evaluating new software releases, executing proof-of-concept designs, and translating complex system functions into practical business solutions. Working closely with internal teams and external technology providers, you will resolve critical system tickets and establish seamless configuration rollout strategies. If you enjoy troubleshooting data complexities using PL/SQL, mentoring team members, and navigating collaborative projects across multiple business units, this opportunity is for you.What will you do?Collaborate with business teams and collaborators to gather project requirements and present creative system solutionsConfigure and test system functionalities within test environments to build proof-of-concept modelsLead quality assurance and system testing activities, including writing test plans and reviewing vendor release documentationTranslate highly technical terminology into clear instructions for user acceptance testing (UAT)Write PL/SQL queries to analyze data, troubleshoot complex system errors, and fill reporting gapsProvide day-to-day guidance, mentorship,
