As a Lead Carpenter, also known as Carpenter III, you will own projects from start to finish, expertly guiding your team. Your hands-on skills in framing, drywall, flooring, and more will shine as you tackle complex tasks. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you will ensure exceptional quality and safety standards in every build or restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex carpentry projects from planning to completion
• Review blueprints and manage material needs efficiently
• Coach and guide team members for optimal performance
• Execute various tasks including flooring and roofing installations
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in carpentry or restoration
• Journeyperson certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge in multiple carpentry disciplines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and explicit abstract required
