We are seeking a dependable, caring, and organized individual to provide after-school care for two school-aged children.

This is a consistent, long-term, part time position with guaranteed weekly hours.

Hours: Approximately 16 hours 15 minutes to 16 hours 30 minutes per week Schedule Mondays: 2:50 PM 5:50 PM - Confirm arrival by text. - Pick up the children from a nearby school (walking distance to our home). - Serve dinner. - Empty lunch boxes. - Help the children choose and pack their lunches for the next day.

Tuesdays: 2:50 PM 5:50 PM - Confirm arrival by text. - Pick up the children from school. - Serve dinner. - Help Child 2 get ready for an extracurricular activity. - Stay home with Child 1 while a parent takes Child 2 to the activity. - Empty lunch boxes and prepare lunches for the next day.

Wednesdays: 2:50 PM 8:00 PM - Confirm arrival by text. - Pick up the children from school. - Serve dinner. - Help Child 1 get ready for an extracurricular activity. - Stay home with Child 2 while a parent takes Child 1 to the activity. - Empty lunch boxes and prepare lunches. - Assist Child 2 with bath time and bedtime.

Thursdays: 2:50 PM 8:00 PM - Confirm arrival by text. - Pick up the children from school. - Serve dinner.



- Help both children get ready for their activities. - A parent will transport Child 1, while you will transport Child 2 to an extracurricular activity using your own vehicle.

Mileage is reimbursed for transporting the children during scheduled work hours. - Empty lunch boxes and prepare lunches. - Assist Child 2 with bath time and bedtime.

We''re looking for someone who is: - Reliable, punctual, and nurturing. - Comfortable caring for two young children independently. - Able to prepare simple meals and assist with children''s routines. - Has a valid driver''s licence and reliable vehicle (required on Thursdays). - Has previous childcare experience (ECE, education, nursing, childcare, or related experience is an asset). - Able to provide references and complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for transporting the children during scheduled work hours.
