Our client is looking Intermediate Business Analyst to provide the company Mandatory Reliability Standards (MRS) compliance subject matter expertise, program management and coordination support - 12 months contract, hybrid in Greater Vancouver, 7 hrs per day, Must haves: A minimum five years of business analysis working experience in medium to large IT projects in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent.

Experience with compliance related project Experience in facilitation, coordination, and collaboration skills Must be able to come to office Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written Experience with compliance related project Responsibilities Provide andatory Reliability Standards (MRS) compliance subject matter expertise, program management and coordination support Collaborates with and acts as the key bridging relationship resource among various business departments and technology specialists; provides process and planning expertise to compliance leaders; notifies management and key stakeholders in real-time of important developments, potential problems,



and related information.

Work closely with Reliability Standards Assurance team, Compliance teams, and various internal and external parties to analyze MRS requirements and asses the impacts in multiple compliance areas, as such O&P; standards, CIP standards Act as primary liaison between Reliability Standards Assurance team, Compliance teams and CPO related to the MRS Enterprise solution and WECC Audit inquires.

Inform viability of Mandatory Reliability Standards strategy, projects and work programs using structured and thorough impartial analysis, objective logic and fact based decision making Lead team-oriented working groups that build collective understanding, support and implementation of business improvement opportunities in various compliance areas Act as a business advocate for IT compliance systems and processes.

Develop and execute initiatives to continually improve the user experience.
