What You''ll Do Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up.
Convert trial stretches and introductory sessions into long-term memberships.
Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts and emails to leads.
Maximize member retention through excellent customer service and ongoing engagement.
Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
Promote additional services and membership upgrades when appropriate.
Represent the Stretch Zone brand professionally within the local community.
What We''re Looking For Required 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in: Fitness memberships Health & wellness Personal training Medical aesthetics Hospitality Retail sales Membership or subscription sales Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
