Your new role

The open requisition is for a Project Coordinator to work out of thepany''s North Toronto office.

This successful incumbent will report to management and will support projects in the downtown core, or close to, focused on tenant fit-upmercial interiors.

They will manage the projects from inception topletion, and have the ability to support multiple projects at once.

They will be able to make change orders, read and interpret construction drawings, and be a key member of the project team.





What you''ll need to succeed

The Project Coordinator will have a degree or diploma in construction management, engineering or related and at least 2 years of construction experience supporting ICI projects.

They will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver on objectives for all project activity.

They will have a very strong acumen in construction and engineering systems and principles and have the ability to identify problems and effectively resolve them.

This individual must be an effectivemunicator and a proven leader.
