Practice Areas You will work on a broad range of disputes, including: Commercial litigation International arbitration Fraud and asset recovery Construction litigation Projects disputes Environmental litigation Key Responsibilities Independently manage litigation matters with minimal supervision Draft pleadings, applications, factums, briefs, and other litigation materials Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies Navigate British Columbia court procedures, filings, and practice requirements Participate in mediations, arbitrations, discoveries, and court proceedings Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice Collaborate with lawyers across practice groups on complex matters Qualifications 37 years of commercial litigation experience Strong familiarity with British Columbia court procedures and filings Excellent advocacy, analytical,
