Position Posting Closing Date: 7-Aug-26 About the Opportunity Under the direction of the Manager, the Respiratory Therapist applies their knowledge, skills and judgment in the provision of diagnostic, assessment and therapeutic modalities to assist in the management of cardiorespiratory and related disorders in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.

The Respiratory Therapist also participates in education of patients, families and other health care providers.

About You We would love to hear from you if you have the following: Successful completion of a Respiratory Therapy program from an accredited institution Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care Exams If no applicants meet the above requirement, a Graduate Respiratory Therapist license will be considered Current registration with the Nova Scotia Regulator of Respiratory Therapy Current certification in BCLS Current certification in ACLS is an asset Effective communication and interpersonal skills Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred Please ensure your resume is up to date and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.





Hours Permanent full-time position; 75 hours biweekly Compensation and Advantages $36.69 - $48.33 hourly Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
