About the role: The Occupational Therapist (OT)is responsible fordelivering evidence-informed assessment, treatment, education, and return-to-work planning for injured workersparticipatingin the Work

SafeBC Early Concussion Assessment & Treatment (ECAT) Program.

Working collaboratively with the ECAT Physiotherapist and the broader interdisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist provides early intervention aimed at optimizing recovery,



reducing persistent post-concussion symptoms, restoring function, andfacilitatinga safe, durable return to meaningful work and daily activities.

The OT applies advanced clinical reasoning to evaluate cognitive, physical, psychosocial, behavioural, environmental, and vocational factors influencing recovery while ensuring all services align with Work

SafeBC clinical standards, reporting requirements, and Occupational Therapy practice standards in British Columbia.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who believes in doing healthcare the way it should be done- by focusing on genuine connections, effective solutions, and overall health of the individuals we serve.

This is a full time employee position, although part time can be considered.

Compensation: Full-time (5 days per week) community-based therapists have the opportunity to earn $72,000$80,000+ annually.

Requirements Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current unrestricted registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.

Eligible to provide Work

SafeBC-funded services.

Valid CPR certification.

Valid BC Driver''s Licence (if community visitsrequired).
