Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and thorough customer service by addressing concerns
• Process incoming personal insurance paperwork efficiently
• Assist in generating quotes and updating customer files




• Communicate effectively with insurers and handle negotiations
• Process endorsements and follow up on payments

Requirements:
• Valid AIC General insurance license Level 1 required
• Strong knowledge of P&C; Personal insurance
