You will lead proposal processes, from RFP responses to presentations, while ensuring compliance and high standards throughout. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of RFP/RFI/RFQ/SOQ proposals
• Write and edit content for non-technical sections
• Guide proposal teams in producing high-quality deliverables




• Manage proposal timelines and schedule team reviews
• Analyze opportunities and communicate project requirements
Requirements:
• BS/BA or 5 years relevant proposal coordination experience
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in coordination
• Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
