Here you can make an impact on the world around you and accelerate your career in areas that energize and excite you.About The PositionThis role oversees branch inventory and supply planning, driving performance, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team to support overall business goals.What you’ll do:Establishes, tracks, and communicates branch targets related to inventory and service performanceMonitors level of supplier service and maintains working relationships with suppliers and their representativesAssists in root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances to implement corrective/preventative action plans to avoid reoccurrenceWorks proactively with purchasing and sales teams to monitor and reduce underperforming inventoryAssesses purchasing options and completes purchase approvalsEstablishes goals and strategies for improved forecast performance for the branch and works directly with the Forecaster and Sales team to review performance and opportunities for improvementDevelops, mentors and trains purchasing personnel including a team of Supply Planners, Forecaster and Inventory CoordinatorWorks closely with other department managers to meet and exceed branch goalsHires, promotes, changes responsibilities of, evaluates and recommends salary increases for staff directly supervisedWhat you’ll need:University degree or specialized certification (PMAC, APICS,
