Nova Scotia Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join the Clinical Pharmacy Services team at Colchester East Hants Health Centre. The role involves clinical pharmacy services, drug regimen review, and patient education within inpatient and outpatient settings.

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services, the pharmacist will supervise support staff, participate in rounds, and contribute to medication safety and reconciliation.
