Lead the growth and sustainability of partnerships at Children's Healthcare Canada as the Vice President of National Partnerships and Development. This senior role focuses on securing funding, grants, and building strategic relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape initiatives that align with the mission and strategic priorities of Children’s Healthcare Canada.

This position entails hands-on leadership in partnership development, revenue generation, and enhancing membership value. You will work with various stakeholders to establish impactful partnerships and diversify revenue streams. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and refine the Association’s value proposition regularly
- Develop multi-year strategic growth plans with the CEO




- Drive revenue growth through non-member streams
- Manage and cultivate high-value partnerships
- Measure and report on partnership impacts effectively Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven track record in non-profit partnerships
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Master’s degree; MBA preferred
- Bilingualism is an asset Elevate Children's Healthcare Canada's impact through effective partnerships and strategic growth.
