Experience in Project Management and Team Management.
Role Description The ISU Techno Functional Consultant will provide operational and application support for SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management processes, ensuring efficient Meter-to-Cash operations.
The role will be responsible for incident resolution, configuration, testing, functional design, process improvements, and supporting integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations. 2.
Provide operational support by addressing issues related to: - Billing exceptions - Device installation and removal - Meter readings - Device Management (DM) integration defects 3.
Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing. 4.
Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including: - Billing reports - Device Management workflows - Microsoft Fabric pipelines 6.
Conduct: - Unit Testing - Integration Testing - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure end-to-end validation across integrated systems. 7.
Identify and recommend process improvement and automation opportunities utilizing Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including: - Dataflows - Pipelines - Lakehouse - Power BI Embedded Analytics 8.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend automation solutions or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.
