The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of winning proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and design-build pursuits formercial construction projects.

Working closely with operations, pre-construction, estimating, and business development teams, this role developspelling proposal strategies, manages submission schedules, gathers technical content, and ensures all proposals are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time.

The Proposal Manager plays a key role in supporting new business opportunities, maintaining proposal databases, and enhancing thepany''s overall pursuit and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate RFQ, RFP, and tender submissions from start to finish.

Collaborate with operations, estimating, pre-construction, and executive teams to develop proposal content and win strategies.

Write, edit, and format proposals, qualifications packages, presentations,



and marketing materials.

Manage submission schedules,pliance requirements, and document control.

Maintain proposal content libraries, project profiles, and team resumes.

Support business development initiatives, client presentations, and pursuit planning.

Ensure all submissions reflect thepany''s brand, capabilities, and value proposition.

Qualifications: Experience managing proposals within construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services.

Robust writing, editing, and project coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.

Knowledge ofmercial construction delivery methods is considered an asset.
