Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review commercial real estate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence searches and summarize findings




• Maintain corporate minute books and filings

Requirements:
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate and real estate
• Proficient in My LTSA and corporate registries
• Strong contract drafting and review skills
