About us : From a food truck in the back of a surf shop in Tofino, BC, emerged an idea - to bring the flavours of our travels to life while staying true to our West Coast roots. Now, we've expanded across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, sharing that same spirit wherever we go.
We use the freshest and best quality ingredients available, including locally sourced
ingredients, free-range meats, and fish that are sustainably sourced, all hugged
together in a warm tortilla. Better ingredients for a better planet.
Today, as we welcome our guests to our restaurants, we stay true to our roots and passion, creating an experience in food and service that is filled with a whole lot of love.
As we grow, we’re guided by principles that inspire us, our team, and our community.
