As a key player in proposal development, you will ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across submissions. This position requires strong writing skills and attention to detail while managing multiple document formats. You'll partner with internal stakeholders to gather, integrate technical inputs, and refine content that aligns with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and pre-qualifications
• Develop and format proposal content for clarity and standards
• Review documents for accuracy and adherence to guidelines




• Collaborate with teams to integrate technical information
• Maintain organized document management practices

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or similar
• Equally acceptable experience in proposal development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Robust organizational and writing skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines effectively
