We Are Looking For Indigenous Talent Interested In
Skilled labour (Railcar Loader), and
Trades (Electrical, Instrumentation and Millwright) and
Operations roles (4th Class Power Engineers, Control Room Operators, Lab Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, etc.).
Hands-on, field-based work for entry-level positions with on-the-job training provided
Relevant certifications are an asset, but are not required for all roles
We're hiring for field-based positions , with openings available for everyone from entry-level candidates to seasoned trades professionals in Edmonton and Hardisty, Alberta .
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations at terminals and facilities
Assist with daily and preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment monitoring
Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experience and on-the-job training
Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork
Who You Are
You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis).
You are over 18 and may have varying levels of industry experience or are new to the workforce.
You are adaptable, embrace change, and are eager to learn.
Possess professional, diplomatic and strong communication skills.
