Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist / SAP
About the Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain, IT systems, and process improvement expertise in a fast-paced, innovative, and international environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in defining, implementing, and driving the adoption of cross-functional processes and related tools across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance functions across multiple regions and sites.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with business teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and IS&T;, to develop standards, align new processes with available tools, support SAP-based solutions, and provide sustainable support to sites and key users.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for: Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional processes such as Source to Procure , Procure to Pay , Receipt to Deliver , and Plan to Manufacture
Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the development of the IT strategic roadmap to support target processes
Providing regions and sites with standard methods and IS&T; tools to support overall Supply Chain processes
Supporting the definition of new IS&T; tools or the improvement of existing methods and tools in collaboration with the IS&T; team, based on business requirements and budget constraints
Driving the deployment of new core tools and ensuring they are applied properly and efficiently
Validating alignment between new processes and available tools




Providing sustainable support to sites, including technical training and key user skill development
Leading and supporting Key User networks
Planning and conducting regular reports and reviews to monitor process adherence and tool performance through key performance indicators
Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in collaboration with the IS&T; team
Supporting mobilization requests from regions, sites, or other departments
Conducting continuous technology monitoring within Supply Chain and contributing to the definition of digital operations within and between sites

Required Qualifications Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on Supply Chain
Advanced SAP knowledge within a Supply Chain environment
Experience or understanding of the Alstom Global Single Instance SAP ECC6 core model is considered an asset
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and information flow management
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management and/or material planning
Strong problem-solving skills
Leadership, initiative, and decision-making mindset




Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
High level of ethics and integrity
Commitment to continual learning and professional development
Fluency in English required
Fluency in French and English required
Availability to support international sites and travel at least one week per month
Bilingualism
Proficiency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the company's primary working language.
