Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Leader in Patient Flow and Operations to coordinate capacity and patient flow across Cape Breton Regional Hospital. You will respond to bed management and after-hours operational issues while supporting staff and driving safety and quality improvements.
The role requires clinical leadership, robust planning skills, and experience with patient flow analytics and utilization software. A health discipline degree is preferred and French is a plus.
