The Royal Alexandra Hospital is seeking a Physiotherapist I to join our collaborative Rehabilitation Services team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or experienced physiotherapists focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients. You'll actively engage with clients and families, contributing to quality improvement and interprofessional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for varied health conditions
• Conduct assessments and goal setting for clients
• Collaborate in interprofessional teams for patient care
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and mentor students
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives for services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• CPR certification (BLS-HCP) required
• Proven clinical reasoning and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration
