Job Description Skills Required 8-10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
Solid experience in: Application Operations Support
Production Support environments
Hands-on experience with: Incident management
Problem management
Change management processes
Good understanding of: Pega architecture
Case management
Integrations
Business process implementation
Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
