Alberta Health Services invites newly graduated registered nurses to join the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP). The 12-month program offers a two-phase path: an enhanced orientation with a Clinical Guide and personalized learning, followed by independent practice with ongoing mentor support.
Provisional permit holders start at a stepped pay rate, ultimately transitioning to the standard RN rate per UNA agreements.
