In this role, you will report to the Controller and take ownership of all operational and financial reporting for two manufacturing plants. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, manage inventory valuation, and analyze variances to drive business insights. Collaboration with Plant Management is essential to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly operational reports
• Maintain inventory controls and manage month-end roll-up
• Reconcile manufacturing and purchase variances effectively




• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial performance reports
• Support physical inventory counts and audits as needed

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis within manufacturing
• Pursuing CPA and possess relevant accounting/finance education
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, AS400 preferred
• Robust analytical and reporting skills
