• Track and report on training effectiveness and participation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years in training retail sales
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences
• Retail business acumen and solid decision-making
• Fluency in French and English required
