What You'll Do:

Maintain compliance with Corporate Structural Integrity Guidance Documents

Ability to perform analysis and design as per Canadian and US Codes & Standards Ensure new structural designs and installations meet codes & standards, Nutrien Specifications, applicable laws and regulations

Familiarity with design standards, construction practices, and safety regulatory compliance

Responsible for maintenance of the Asset Integrity Management system documentation and Asset database

Plan, Schedule or conduct asset inspections, review and report findings

Design engineered repairs in a brownfield environment

Provide field support to Maintenance, Operations and Capital Projects

Provide oversight and support Capital Projects as Nutrien stakeholder and civil/structural SPOC

Write technical scope of works and create work packages

What You'll Bring:





Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation

Intermediate level with 5 to 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering and design, preferably at a potash site or in an industrial setting

Solid safety commitment and safety leadership Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment

Experience with Microsoft Office software, Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design software’s such as Staad Pro or SAP2000 (or similar software) is required Experience with 3D

Modeling and Design Software’s is considered an asset

Working knowledge of Navisworks (or similar 3D BIM collaboration software)
