This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, high-performing teams.About The RoleLeadership & People ManagementLead, coach, and develop all store employeesOversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance managementFoster a positive, engaged work culture and address issues promptlyEnsure all team members follow company policies and alcohol regulationsStore OperationsOversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflowsManage store communication (email, updates, direction setting)Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming store environmentEnsure compliance with all provincial regulations and company standardsCustomer ExperienceModel friendly, informed, and responsible serviceEnsure proper ID verification and adherence to AGLC rulesResolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong community relationshipsFinancial & Inventory ManagementManage store financials and help meet or exceed sales and margin targetsOversee inventory control, ordering, receiving,
