JLL is expanding its Value and Risk Advisory team and seeking a talented Consultant. This role involves working with a high-performance team on commercial real estate projects across various asset classes. Expertise in property tax consulting, valuation, and client relationship management is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare all aspects of appraisal reports
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Assist with responses to large client RFPs
• Build and maintain solid client relationships
• Conduct research and data collection for valuations

Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in commercial real estate
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Candidacy with AIC; AACI designation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
