Proven experience as a Mainframe Lead Developer with expertise in leading the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise Mainframe applications.
Strong hands-on coding experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL for developing and maintaining high-performance Mainframe solutions.
Extensive experience in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to lead technical teams, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Mainframe development best practices.
Experience working in Agile environments with solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
