In this role, you will provide essential support to the department and Superintendent, working collaboratively with your team. The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in concrete formwork and reading construction drawings. You will be responsible for supervising laborers and utilizing various equipment safely in a dynamic project workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Master concrete formwork and falsework techniques
• Interpret and build according to construction drawings
• Operate equipment like forklifts and power tools safely
• Supervise and direct laborers as needed
• Maintain safety protocols throughout daily tasks

Requirements:
• Carpentry experience or enrolled in Apprenticeship Program
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Ability to work in a 21/7 rotation
• Own and maintain basic carpentry tools
• Pre-access Drug & Alcohol testing may apply
