We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Finance & Operations Intern (12 months) in GTA, ON (in office).

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile and review timesheets for accuracy and completeness, run associated reports, and maintain related records and trackers.

- Assist in developing and processing client and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and balance maintenance.

- Work closely with senior consultants to create proposals using the established templates and trackers.

- Update and maintain company templates, reports, presentations, and database to ensure information is current and accessible.

Learning Opportunities:

- Learn the intricacies of financial reporting and tax preparation processes.

- Develop proposal writing and project management skills through hands-on collaboration with experienced consultants.

- Enhance your organizational and communication skills by engaging in diverse administrative tasks.

Qualifications:





- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with any accounting software is desirable but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This role is partially funded by the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) and applicants must meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Note: The salary for this position is $20/hour.
