If you are outstanding at: Commercial Underwriting Problem-solving and critical thinking Building relationships with brokers Creating success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship.

If you have: Minimum 5 years'' experience in the property and casualty industry Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation.

Strong customer service background Team-first mentality Small Business experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, which reflects the expected base pay not the total compensation package.

The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
