Safety Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON Salary: $100,000 $130,000 + bonus + perks Overview We are looking for a Safety Manager to lead and oversee health & safety programs across multiple construction projects.

This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety systems while supporting both field and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the health & safety program across multiple job sites Ensure full compliance with OHSA, COR requirements, and internal safety policies Oversee incident investigations, reporting,



and corrective actions Develop and implement company-wide safety initiatives and training programs Mentor and support Field Safety Associates and site teams Conduct audits and ensure continuous improvement of safety practices Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and subcontractors Track and report on safety metrics, KPIs, and compliance performance Qualifications 510+ years of construction safety experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of Ontario health & safety regulations and best practices Experience managing safety across multiple projects or regions Proven ability to lead, train, and influence teams Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills Certifications (Preferred/Required) NCSO or CRSP designation preferred COR audit experience strongly preferred First Aid / CPR Working at Heights
