Position Overview As a Production Assembler, you will work with aluminum and steel to fabricate and assemble high-quality dampers for the commercial HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly: Follow detailed technical work orders to assemble products to exact customer specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy from start to finish.
Tool & Machinery Operation: Safely and skillfully utilize measuring tapes, drills, various hand tools, and specialized production machinery.
Target Achievement: Work efficiently to consistently meet or exceed daily production schedules and volume targets.
Physical Commitment: Thrive in a physically active, fast-paced warehouse environment that requires standing, bending, and the ability to comfortably lift to 50 lbs.
Safety Leadership: Prioritize workplace safety above all else,
operating all equipment responsibly and adhering to company safety guidelines at all times.
