Position: Real Estate Appraisal Visual Document Understanding Type: Contract Compensation: $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 1520 hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in the Real Estate Appraisal domain to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs .

Review complex visual document understanding tasks for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.

Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated tasks and solutions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.





Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications Must-Have Expertise in Real Estate Appraisal .

Experience with AI model evaluation .

Robust skills in visual document understanding .
