Responsibilities Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data quality reviews, data cleansing activities, and reporting support.
Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including content preparation and scheduling.
Assist with website content updates and maintenance.
Coordinate conference, tradeshow, exhibition, and business development event logistics.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing programs across multiple channels.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business development documents.
Process expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, and related administrative documentation.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for marketing and business operations activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications College diploma or bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 25 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordinator role.
Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is considered a robust asset.
Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Graphic design experience and proficiency with design software are considered strong assets.
Skills and Competencies Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power
Point.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and technologies.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual communication and branding.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements Strong reading and writing skills in French and English are required, as marketing and business development materials are produced in both languages.
Fluency in French is required for internal communication and collaboration.
