We are actively seeking Talent Acquisition Sourcer for one of our client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Role: Talent Acquisition Sourcer Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid) Job Summary Strategic Sourcer (ITS) to design and execute candidate generation strategies, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

Focus on passive talent with emphasis on speed, quality, and deep understanding of business, roles, and market.

Identify, engage, and qualify top talent across multiple lines of business using advanced sourcing technology.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical skills to accelerate hiring and ensure positive candidate experience.

Serve as market expert: provide talent landscaping, competitor analysis,



and regular funnel/metrics reporting.

Experiment with innovative sourcing methods; continuously improve outreach and drive diversity in candidate slates.

Collaborate with Talent Branding and TA Pathways on campaigns to boost diversity and employer brand awareness.

Execute proactive outreach projects, create pre-qualified pools aligned to workforce plan, and convert passive to active candidates.

Communicate Equinix market position, opportunity fit, level, and compensation transparently to external talent.

Requires extensive TA sourcing experience (tech/startup), full-cycle or pure-sourcing background, robust analytics, communication, and stakeholder influence.
