Key Activities Reporting to the 1 Elgin Restaurants Manager, you are accountable for the operation of the Bar and to provide friendly, courteous and productive service to customers and servers.

You are also responsible for closing-up the bar at the end of your shift and for balancing cash receipts against the register sales.

Skill Requirements Post-secondary Diploma and a completion of bartending and mixology program; Minimum of two (2) years experience in bartending; Smart Serve Certificate; Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations; Experience with the general public in a customer service setting; Experience with money transactions and good working knowledge of P.O.S. system (i.e.

Squirrel); Flexible and available to work within an irregular schedule, weekends, evenings and day shifts; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and busy environment; Fluency in both official languages is required; A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement.* *Regular attendance at work is an expectation of employment and an essential part of every job.
